The article is devoted to a rare disease of cutaneous collagenous vasculopathy (CCV), which characterized by common leather telangiectasias and specific histological signs: extended capillaries in the surface layers dermis, walls are thickened due hyaline deposits containing type IV collagen. According literature, there no publications about CCV Russian sources. In foreign only 60 cases described, first mentioned 2000. patient turned EXCLUSIVE medical clinic resolve issue tactics treatment chronic HCV-infection 1b subtype complaints telangiectasia on skin mucous membrane both sclera, without subjective sensations. rashes appeared 2008 gradually progressed.
